信号控制交叉口服务水平研究

       基于我国城市信号控制交叉口同欧美等西方国家的差异,尤其是大多数信号交叉口具有机动车与非机动车混合行驶这一特性,因此有必要对我国信号控制交叉口的服务水平问题做进一步研究,寻求出最能反映我国城市交通特点的一套评价指标和科学、实用的方法,对我国信号控制交叉口的服务水平进行评价,这将有助于快速、准确地找出我国城市交叉口及城市交通存在的问题,有针对性地研究相应的解决问题的策略和方法。

       本文首先分析总结了信号控制交叉口及其服务水平特性,对我国城市混合交通中的机非干扰特性、信号交叉口服务水平的概念与影响因素、服务水平应用中的问题与矛盾及服务水平的评价指标、指标分级与评价方法进行了分析。

       其次,遵循评价指标的选取方法和选定原则,并将我国的城市道路信号交叉口交通状况按照车辆到达率的高低和机非冲突干扰的有无分为了四种类型,筛选并确定了能够反映这四种情况下我国城市交叉口交通特点的服务水平的各项评价指标,并研究了它们的定义和评价方法,然后通过调查、分析与仿真,对上述服务水平评价指标及其它一些相关参数进行了实地数据采集,并对采集到的原始数据进行了分析和处理,得到了评价指标的实际数值,并使用 Vissim 微观仿真软件对机非冲突干扰率指标进行仿真研究。

       最后,结合调查所得到的典型交叉口实例数据,对前面提出的四种不同交通状况下的信号控制交叉口服务水平评价指标体系进行了验证,证明了这些评价指标的合理性和适用性。

    Based on differences in urban signalized intersection exist between our country and western countries, especially the characteristic of a considerable portion of signalized intersections that can be used in both motor vehicle and non-motorized, it is necessary to have a future research on level of service for signalized intersection in our country. A set of evaluating indicators and scientific and practical means which can reflect urban traffic feature in our country is going to be searched for to evaluate level of service for signalized intersection in our country, all of these will be helpful to find existing problems in urban intersection and urban traffic quickly and exactly, and also corresponding strategies and means will be discussed to solve these problems.

    Firstly, the characteristics of signalized intersection and its level of service is analyzed and concluded, characteristic of conflict between motor vehicle and non-motorized in mixed traffic of our country, conceptions and influencing factors in level of service for signalized intersection, problems and contradictions of level of service during the process of application, evaluating indicators, indicator classification and evaluation methodology of level of service is also studied.

    Secondly, the signalized intersection traffic conditions in our country are divided into four types in terms of arrival rate of vehicles and conflict between motor vehicle and non-motorized. each evaluating indicator that can be reflected service level of urban signalized intersection in four condition is to be selected, their conceptions and evaluation methodologies are also researched, and then data in the field about evaluating indicators of above level of service and related parameter is acquired by investigating, analyzing, emulating, the value of evaluating indicators is obtained and the microscopic simulation software Vissim is used to analyze the index of interference ratio.

    Lastly, evaluating indicator system of level of service for signalized intersection under four different traffic situations is validated by concluding the typical data from investigation, and the rationality and applicability of these evaluating indicators is verified.
