基于区位条件的城市停车设施供给研究

       随着城市经济的发展、城市机动化水平的提高,特别是随着机动车保有量的飞速增长,对停车设施的需求量不断增长。城市停车问题日益严重,停车问题也逐渐引起了人们的重视。在我国,各大城市纷纷展开了停车规划研究,而停车设施的供给量则是停车规划的基本内容,其中公建性停车供给是主体。

       针对停车供给的研究现状,提出引用区位条件这个概念,并将其分解为地理、交通与经济三方面因素。地理因素主要是根据城市分区来归类,交通因素除了传统交通区位势的考虑外,还增加了公共交通服务水平,经济因素通过区域的不同产业结构体现的社会效益来表现。

       由停车供需关系引入,分析了停车供需的影响关系,停车需求预测模型,停车供应策略对停车供给量的影响,从我国的实际出发,探讨了适应我国城市发展的停车设施供给策略。

       建立区位条件内部各类因素和停车需求的影响,并由此确定地理因素、交通区位势、公交服务水平和经济因素对停车供给的折减值。同时,充分考虑区位内不同产业所产生停车需求的时空差异性,提出了补充协调政策,并通过一个成功实例充分体现了泊位共享的优势。

       最后利用一个实例展示了性质完全相同的建筑物群楼置于不同区位条件下后的,考虑停车供给的差异性的整个过程。

    Demand of parking space is increasing unceasingly, along with the development of city economy, along with advance of mechanization level, particularly along with fast increasing of motor vehicles’ quantity. Parking problem become worse and worse in the cities ,it arose people’s recognition, and researches of parking programming have been put up in the large cities, the quantity of supply of parking is an basis part of parking programming.

    Based on the existing research of parking supply, propose to quoto the concept of location condition , which broken down into geographic,traffic and economic factors. Geographical factor is based on the classify of urban district,traffic factor including the traditional location potential and the level of the public transport service,regional economic factor is reflected by the social benefits,which is prodouced by the different industrial structure in the location.

    Leading by supply _need relations of parking lots,this paper analysis the affection of the factors of parking demand, parking demand forecast model,and how the parking strategies influence the parking supply.Based on the actuality, studied the strategies of the parking facilities’ supply adapt to local cities.

    Paper analysis the between the internal factors of location condition and parking demand,baseing on this,thereby determine the parking supply discount impairment of the geographical factor,the traffic location potential,the level of public transit service and the economic factor.At the same time, consideration the temporal and spatial differences between parking demand,bacause of the different industries in the extent of the location, propose some additional coordination policies and show a success example that use the parking shared strategy.

    Finally,paper use an example to displaying the whole process, placed a exactly the same building in two different palce,which have different location condition,then taking into account the different parking supply.
