城市道路信号控制交叉口左转机动车管理对策研究

       机动化的迅猛发展加剧了交通需求与供给之间的矛盾,拥堵、事故、噪音、尾气等交通问题变得更加突出。提高城市交通管理水平是解决问题的根本,因此有必要对交叉口左转车流进行合理有效地管理。

       论文首先从时间和空间角度分别对现有城市道路信号交叉口左转机动车管理对策进行归纳总结,即对左转车道和左转相位的分析,包括其类型、特点、设置依据、适用条件等。

       然后,利用交通工程学理论,分析左转车管理对策中车道和相位的组合机理,并通过冲突控制、信号控制时效,交叉口协调控制等方面的分析为选择左转车管理对策提供了一定依据;在此基础上提出了左转车管理对策,并分析各种管理对策下左转车流的运行方式、特点及适用条件。

再次,论文提出左转车管理对策的评价指标,重点分析了左转车流的延误和通行能力,并通过一实例说明有效管理左转车对提高交叉口通行能力质量的作用。

       最后,论文探讨了未来研究的方向和内容,包括信号控制类型、管理对策适用条件的定量化、环境评价指标、通行能力影响因子。

   The rapid development of motorization aggravated the contradiction between the traffic demand and the supply, congestion, accidents, noise, exhaust and other traffic issues become more prominent. To improve the urban traffic management level is the solution to the problem lies, and one of its keys is the intersections. Left turn traffic has the influence on the intersection's overall operating quality of the largest, therefore ìt is necessary to take reasonable and effective measures to manage the left turn traffic.

    First of a11, the existing urban road signalized intersection left turn motor traffic managements are summarized from the perspective of time and space, that is, the left turn lane and the left turn phase, whose type, characteristic, warrants and applicable conditions are analyzed.

    Then, the thesis studies the mechanism of how left turn lane and left turn phase compose by traffic engineering theory, and provide some basis on how to choose a left rum traffic strategy from the view of conflict, lane use, signal control and signal coordination. On this basis, left turn traffic management strategies are put forward, whose operation mode, features and applicable conditions are studied

Then the thesis presents evaluation index of the left turn traffic management, and analyze the delay and the capacity in detail.

    Finally, the problems requiring further discussed. Including the type of signal control, applicable traffic conditions, environment evaluation index, capacity adjusted factors.
