城市中心区道路交通改善策略研究

       城市中心区是城市结构的核心地区和城市功能的重要组成部分,是城市公共建筑和第三产业的集中地,为城市及城市所在区域集中提供经济、政治、文化、社会等活动设施和服务空间。城市中心区由于其自身的特征而造成大量的人流和车流聚集在此,从而也是城市中交通拥挤和交通拥堵的多发地带,拥堵和延误往往波及到相当大的范围,对城市正常、健康发展造成极大的影响。解决城市交通问题,主要是解决城市中心区的交通问题。

       论文考察了国内外一些城市的实践经验,对城市中心区道路交通特性及面临的问题现状进行了详细分析,并在此基础上总结了目前国内外城市中心区道路交通改善常用的一些策略及方法。

       论文从城市中心区道路交通系统属性、社会经济属性和文化属性三方面对改善城市中心区道路交通的策略进行了研究,并针对城市中心区的交通特性提出了中心区道路交通微循环概念,针对目前交通参与者交通知识及遵规意识薄弱及交通行为不规范的现象提出了公众参与的改善策略,具有很强的创新意识,冀希望这些观点能够为我国中心区城市交通的改善起到抛砖引玉的作用。

    Urban central district is the core region of city structure and the important part of city function. It is the concentrated place of the public building of city and the third industry. It provides the economic, political and cultural social activity facilities and service space for the city. City central district attracts a great deal of person flows and car flows for its own characteristics. It is likely to produce traffic congest and traffic jam. Congest and delay usually spread to bigger scope. It results in a lot of influences. So to improve the traffic of city is to improve the traffic of urban central district.

    Firstly, this paper analyzes some cases of urban centre district traffic improvement and the attribute and characters of transportation of urban center district. It makes some theories research for the traffic improvement of the centre area and enumerates some practical experience at home and abroad.

    Then on this basis, the paper summarizes some countermeasures from the transportation’s system, economic and culture attribute. Especially, this paper put forward two new ideas, one is micro-circle of traffic according to the characters of the urban center; the other is public involvement tactic according to the people’s lack of traffic culture, traffic consciousness and abiding traffic rules and makes comparatively detailed research. The two ideas is this paper’s innovation and hope it can give some hints for improving the traffic of urban center district.

In the finality, what studies needed to do further are discussed.
