城市群综合交通系统若干问题研究

       城市群体综合交通系统研究是在中国城市化进程加速发展,城市空间布局呈群体出现,城市内部交通受区际交通、过境交通影响越来越大的背景下提出的,目的是通过改善城市群综合运输网络结构,提高区际交通可达性,为区域经济发展战略的顺利实施和城市群空间的有序发展创造必要的外部环境,同时也为缓解城市内部交通紧张提供有力的外部保障。

       论文是在结合城市地理学、经济学和系统工程学等相关理论的基础上进行的,重点分析和探索了城市群综合交通系统与城市群发展演化、区域经济发展的关系及系统工程理论在研究城市群交通系统中的应用。主要研究内容包括:

       (1)借鉴城市地理学界的研究成果,作为研究城市群交通问题的基础,对城市群的发展演化特征进行了分析;

       (2)研究了日本东京大都市圈等交通系统规划建设与城市形态演化的关系;

       (3)运用区域经济学理论,对区域经济发展与城市群交通系统之间的相互影响关系进行了探索,提出了城市群综合运输通道与产业经济带形成的关系模型;

       (4)对城市群综合交通系统进行了层次划分,根据Russwurm区域城市结构模型和Walter Christaller 中心地理论建立了城市群交通系统结构布局模型;

       (5)根据交通区位论,给出了基于城市群内部都市区间的经济作用力进行交通区位区划的方法;

       (6)利用系统工程理论思想,借助层次分析法和系统动力学理论定量论述了城市群内部要素间的复杂关系和多目标特征,并给出了城市群综合客运系统

       (7)提出了我国城市群综合交通系统评价框架的主要内容。

    Because of the development of urbanization, influence of traffic passing by a city and the emerging issues of metropolis geospatial structure, the metropolis integrated transportation system is studied in the thesis. The objection is to improve the accessibility of the metropolis transportation system by improving integrated metropolis transportation system structure, to provide favorable environment for metropolis development, and also to provide solution to the congestion of urban traffic.

    Based on the fundamental theory of City Geography, Economics and System Engineering, the relationship between metropolis transportation system and metropolis development, development of regional economics and the application of system engineering to transportation systems are analyzed. The main contents included in the thesis as follows:

    (1) By reference of the achievement from the research field of geography, the characteristics of metropolis evolution are offered.

    (2) The relationship between metropolis transportation system and the evolution of metropolitan structure is studied by analyzing Tokyo metropolis in Japan.

    (3) Based on the theory from Region Economics, the interaction between development of regional economics and metropolis transportation system is explored. The model between development of transportation system and different economic zone is provided.

    (4) The layers of metropolis transportation system are plotted. Based on Russwurm’s region structure model and Walter Christaller’s Central Place Theory, the distributing model of the metropolis transportation system is established.

    (5) Based on the economic interaction of cities in the metropolis system, the method for traffic zoning is provided in the thesis.

    (6) Based on the system engineering theory, the SD model of passenger transportation system is established.

    (7) The evaluation architecture of metropolis transportation system in China is offered in the thesis.
